SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

Regular Postage: Free
Express Postage: $15 Flat Rate

We use the Australia Post network. Express Postage is guaranteed next-business-day delivery to metro areas only. Please place your order by 12pm for same-day shipping (Monday–Friday).

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

DHL Express: $30 for metro areas and $60 for rural areas.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

DHL Express: $50

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges: Free

We are happy to exchange or refund your order if you meet the following requirements:

  • Change of Mind Returns: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) by emailing concierge@calexico.com.au. Once approved via return email, post the item(s) back within 5 days. Returns sent after this timeframe will not be accepted. Please send your tracking information to concierge@calexico.com.au.

  • Exchanges (Size or Colour): Notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Once approved, send the item(s) back within 5 days for processing.

  • Faulty Items: Please refer to the Q&A section regarding faulty items.

Please note: Personalised items, gift cards, perfumes, earrings, hair pieces, hats, lingerie, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

  1. Email concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, send the item(s) back to us, ensuring we receive them within 7 days.
  3. Complete the returns form included with your original order and attach the provided return label to your parcel.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

In-store Returns: Bring your item(s) (unworn, with tags attached), proof of purchase, and the original card used to make the purchase to our Brisbane boutique.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an order, email concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to exchange. Once approved, send the item(s) back to us within 7 days. Your exchange will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

If you purchased using Afterpay, you can still return your item(s):

  1. Email concierge@calexico.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, item details, and confirmation that you paid via Afterpay.
  2. If you return the item(s) before your first payment is due, the amount will be removed from your Afterpay plan. If payments have already been made, these will be adjusted or refunded.
  3. Continue making Afterpay payments while your return is in transit to avoid late fees.

Refunds for Afterpay purchases may take slightly longer to process.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns, email concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please note that international returns are at the customer’s expense.
