• Regular Postage: Free on all orders.
• Express Postage: $15 or free on orders over $1,000.

We use the Australia Post network for all domestic deliveries. For express orders, we guarantee two-day delivery to metro areas. Please ensure your order is placed by 12pm for same-day dispatch (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

We offer two shipping options for our New Zealand clients:

• Standard DHL Express: $35
• Priority DHL Express: $75

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• DHL Express International: $50 flat rate

For our international customers, please note that taxes and duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Calexico.

At Calexico, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within Australia, provided the following conditions are met:

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing concierge@calexico.com.au.
• Once approved, return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving our confirmation email.
• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Send tracking information to concierge@calexico.com.au to ensure a smooth process.

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or colour:

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing concierge@calexico.com.au.
• Once approved, return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving our confirmation email.

Once approved, return the item(s) within 5 days of confirmation. We’ll ship your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact concierge@calexico.com.au as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. Please note that items damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered faulty.

For our international clients, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact concierge@calexico.com.au with your order number and return request. International returns are at the customer’s expense.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email concierge@calexico.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, ensure the item is returned within 7 days.
3. Complete the returns form included with your original order and attach the returns sticker to your parcel.
4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Funds will be deposited back into your account.

Prefer to return your online order in person? Visit us at our James Street boutique in Brisbane with your unworn item(s), proof of purchase, and the card you used for payment.
